SHIPPING: Most items will ship the next business day by First Class Mail or by Priority mail if it is 1LB or more. Exceptions would be items that require more hands-on work: knitting, sewing or beading. Including your email address and/or phone number will enable me to discuss those details with you. |
RETURNS: The Creative Goddess wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not absolutely satisfied, contact me within 30 days and I will be happy to accept your return or exchange. Unfortunately, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged, but alterations may be possible. |
